The multi-sport FORZA Speed Training Hurdles develop key sports technique such as agility, coordination, plyometrics and lateral movement for all ages and abilities. Manufactured with shatterproof plastic for longevity, the speed hurdles will always fall forwards when struck for increased player safety. The durable mini hurdles are available in multiple heights which are 6in (15cm), 9in (23cm) and 12in (30cm). The multiple heights allow a unique training style for different sports, whilst mixing different training drills to focus on other attributes. Designed with a fluorescent yellow colour, the agility hurdles are highly visible for day/night training conditions to prevent accidental collisions. An optional carry bag is also available for simple transportion & storage.
