Delivery Limitations

Terms and conditions apply. Orders must be placed before the above dates and times using the advised shipping options to be delivered in time for Christmas. We advise that you double check all addresses to ensure that they are complete and accurate. We also advise that someone is present at the delivery address on the estimated delivery date in case orders need to be signed for.

Whilst we endeavour to get all orders to you before Christmas, once the order has left our warehouse we cannot be held liable for third-party couriers during this busy time of year. Please be aware that due to the current global pandemic and restrictions in place around the world, the delivery network is experiencing higher volumes than normal and therefore couriers may experience limited delays. These dates are based on feedback from our couriers and will be updated regularly.

Occasionally reasons out of our control mean that we cannot fulfil delivery, in which case we cannot be held responsible. In the rare instance that your order hasn’t been delivered in time, please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help you.
