Because the vast majority of our products are always in stock here at our 50,000ft2 warehouse, we’re able to dispatch most orders the very same day they’re made so you receive them as quickly as possible. Because of that, any cancellations you wish to make must be made within 30 minutes of ordering – please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

Once you’ve completed our checkout process, you will automatically be sent an email order confirmation containing all the key details about your purchase, including your unique order number that you should keep handy just in case you need to get in touch with us about anything. Please note that you won’t get any tracking information about your order in this email – you’ll receive a separate message once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Thats no problem! We generally find that some colleges and teams prefer to pay via these methods. To pay via an invoice a simple email to po@networldsports.com stating the list of products you wish to purchase, your billing and delivery details is all that we require. We are happy to send you across an invoice which can be paid via bank transfer. Alternatively, a purchase order can be sent through to us on letter headed paper for payment. Our parcels have quite extensive journeys as they travel across the globe with our various couriers. Sadly, due to this, we do not offer a gift wrap service as our priority is to get the product to you in perfect condition to use.
