The socketed basketball posts backboard measures 47 inches x 35 inches and is manufactured from a blend of wood and fibreglass. These premium materials are then laminated to provide the highest level of weather-resistance, in turn offering impressive all-weather performance. Connected to the hard-wearing backboard is a regulation sized 18 inch rim. Made from hard-wearing metal which is finished with a weather resistant powder coating, this basketball hoop will not rust after extended exposure to heavy rainfall or sunlight. The included basketball rim can also be adjusted in height at will thanks to the intuitive ‘easijust’ system. Incredibly simple to use, the ‘easijust’ system allows you to seamlessly use this socketed basketball post system with all age groups.  

This outdoor basketball hoop and post system is available with a 4ft or 6ft extension arm. This variable length allows you to provide your court with a backboard which players will not easily collide with.

To further increase the level of safety on your outdoor basketball court, exceptionally absorbent padding can be added to this basketball post system. Capable of absorbing the impact of collisions, the protective post padding will greatly reduce the number of on-court injuries basketball players suffer.

Installation instructions are provided. For the best installation for a longer standing pole we recommend a hole in the ground that measures 60cm x 60cm x 75cm (24in x24in x 30in).
